Return & Exchange

At NICE Cosmetics, we only accept exchanges or returns for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Item Sent
  • Defective Item

Returns

  • All purchased, opened and used items or products are strictly non exchangeable and refundable. Returns are applicable on regular priced orders only. Orders made during promotional period or with promotional codes, sale items, accessories, fragrances, face, body and hair care, decorative lifestyle products, are not allowed for exchanges or returns.
  • Kindly email us at info@nicecosmetics.sg within 7 working days from dispatch date with your order number, return item and the reason for the return to check if your item is valid for return. Please refrain from sending the item(s) back on your own accord. You are required to seek for our confirmation prior to returning your order.
  • An email will be followed up on the return/exchange procedures and all local returns should be received by our returns department within an additional 7 working days from the date of the email sent, unless otherwise instructed.
  • Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will strictly not be entertained.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition; unwashed, unworn, unused and unaltered with the tag intact, packed in the original packaging. Items which do not fulfil the requirements will be rejected duly.
  • Customers will be required to top up the delivery charges for mailing back of the parcel. All returns must be mailed back via SingPost Registered Mail. We will not be liable for the lost returns that are not mailed back via a traceable source. The return will not be valid if we do not receive your parcel. 
  • The reimbursement details on the delivery charges will be instructed in the follow up email accordingly. The re-delivery cost back to the customer will be borne by NICE Cosmetics.

Exchanges

We strictly do not accept exchange of size/type or item to a different design.

Incorrect or Defective Item

  • We are committed to provide you with quality products thus ensuring that all items and products are in good condition prior to shipment. We will not be held liable for lost or defective products caused by transportation to customer delivery address and or accidental damaged caused upon receiving. It is highly recommended that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance records.
  • Returns are strictly not allowed for item/product which is clearly in good condition except that external packaging is defected due to delivery.
  • In the event if you received an incorrect or defective item, kindly take a clear snapshot of the item and email us at info@nicecosmetics.sg together with your order number and reason of return within 7 working days from dispatch date. Please refrain from sending the item(s) back on your own accord.
  • We would be more than happy to proceed with an exchange of the incorrect or defective item. However, we regret to inform you that in the event that the item you originally ordered is out of stock, a full refund will be offered to you.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition; unwashed, unused, unaltered and unworn with the tag intact, packed in the original packaging. Items which do not fulfil the requirements will be rejected duly.

Note

  • The actual colour of an item, product packaging/details may vary slightly from the colour on your screen due to different monitor colour restrictions/specifications, external and studio lighting. As such, strictly no exchanges/returns allowed for the item(s).
  • For merchandise items, due to items being mass produced, measurements stated may vary slightly from 0.5-2cm. However, we will try to minimize the variant and in such circumstances, items will not be considered a defect. Hence, strictly no exchanges/returns allowed for the item(s).
  • Whilst we take great measures to ensure that items, product packaging/details are in the best conditions, we seek your understanding in this area. For items, product packaging/details with very slight imperfections (loose thread, faint sizes differences, faint hues/dotted stains, slight colour bleeding etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.
  • The above mentioned are not considered defective and are therefore non-eligible for returns.
