NICE Cosmetics will not be held liable and reserves the rights to amend the Terms and Conditions at any given time without any prior notifications. Therefore, we encourage you to refer to these Terms and Conditions on an on-going basis.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
- All online orders and email enquiries will be attended to within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please refrain from submitting multiple emails within the stipulated time frame of 48 hours as it will only push your current email further up and delay our response to you. Additionally, to avoid emails from directing to spam or junk folders. We strive to attend to all orders and emails as soon as possible on first come first served basis.
- Live chat messenger on www.nicecosmetics.sg will be attended to daily, Mondays to Sundays from 10 a.m to 10 p.m. We seek your understanding if response are slower during peak hours and public holidays.
- All payment transactions/verifications will be attended to within 1-2 working days.
- All online orders are only accepted through www.nicecosmetics.sg.
NICE Cosmetics accepts comments and constructive feedbacks from our valued customers so as to better improve on our services. However, we reserves the rights to delete any form of content(s), comment(s) and/or remark(s) which is/are obscene, threatening, illegal, defamatory, invasive of privacy and or resulting in negative impact on our company image. This includes all NICE Cosmetics's social media platforms. In serious circumstances, legal actions will be taken.
NICE Cosmetics will not be held liable and responsible for any content posted by you and/or any third party.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
- The actual colour of an item, product packaging/details may vary slightly from the colour on your screen due to different monitor colour restrictions/specifications, external and studio lighting. As such, strictly no exchanges/returns allowed for the item(s).
- For merchandise items, due to items being mass produced, measurements stated may vary slightly from 0.5-2cm. However, we will try to minimize the variant and in such circumstances, items will not be considered a defect. Hence, strictly no exchanges/returns allowed for the item(s).
- Whilst we take great measures to ensure that items, product packaging/details are in the best conditions, we seek your understanding in this area. For items, product packaging/details with very slight imperfections (loose thread, faint hues/dotted stains, slight colour bleeding etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.
PRICING
- All prices stated on www.nicecosmetics.sg are in SGD $ Singapore Dollars and are strictly final and non-negotiable.
- Prices are subjected to change without any prior notice.
- Prices stated are exclusive of postage/shipping fees.
- Promotional prices will only be subjected to a certain period of time as stated.
- All discount codes are strictly valid for a certain period of time as stated on any engaged social media platforms. This includes NICE Cosmetics's social media platforms.
PAYMENT
- We accept Internet Banking (I-Banking), local Interbank ATM Transfer and PayPal payments. PayPal payment includes major credit cards payments as well as PayPal accounts. Payments made via PayPal are verified automatically by PayPal.
- All payments are to be made in SGD Singapore Dollars.
- We do not accept Cash Deposits locally. However, in the event that cash deposits are done and there are extra amount after paying for item, the excess amount are non refundable.
- For Internet Banking and ATM Transfer, all required information for verification purposes have to be provided in full listed on the page for updating payment. You can also update payment details via the link found in your invoice within 24 hours. All orders will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received and updated within the stipulated time frame. In the event if you have made payment but missed the 24 hours time frame to update payment details and the order has been cancelled, a full refund will be made should item(s) is no longer in stocks.
- All orders are only secured upon submission of payment. Hence, please update payment details within 24 hours.
- NICE Cosmetics reserves all rights to reject any orders without the full details provided.
ORDER
- By adding item(s) into your shopping cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.
- Please ensure that you have selected the correct product content/item of your choice, in the correct quantities, sizes, colors, type or designs prior to checking out on www.nicecosmetics.sg. Strictly no amendments are allowed once order is confirmed and received on our ends.This will allow us time to prepare, pack your items/products efficiently and to minimize errors. We will not be held liable in the event of any wrong options selected (types/sizes/colors/designs/etc) or duplicate orders placed by you and strictly no return or exchange is allowed.
- We do not allow combination of orders under different order numbers so as to minimize errors in the process of delivery. Hence, kindly ensure that all information provided is correct upon checkout to refrain from paying additional charges.
- If you have any discount code, kindly ensure to input the code prior to checking out for discount to be valid. Strictly no refunds will be made for orders whereby discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
- Upon checking out, you will be directed to the payment page in accordance to your selected payment mode. All payments made via PayPal are immediate and verified automatically. Please refrain from clicking "back", cancelling or refreshing the page during payment process as it will mean payments are not synced on our server, and your order may be cancelled.
- By carting out the item, it implies your intention and interest to make a purchase. We will reserve a slot up to 24 hours for you. In the event whereby no payment is received within the stipulated time frame and orders are cancelled, your account can/may be blacklisted from future purchases.
- All prices are strictly final and non-negotiable upon payment checkout. In the event whereby item purchased is available on sale thereafter, strictly no refunds allowed.
NICE Cosmetics reserves all rights to accept or reject any orders which do not fulfil the requirements needed.
DELIVERY INFO
- Delivery charges differ for each item based on either the weight or size and total delivery charges will be calculated upon check out on confirmed order(s).
- SingPost Normal/Registered Mail limit is at 2kgs and for items or products over 2kgs will automatically be charged on the next available postage mode.
- Please note that local delivery applies to all addresses except no-go zones such as off-shore islands, restricted address etc.
- Upon payment verification, orders will be shipped out within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), unless otherwise stated.
- We provide local shipping at the moment. In addition, kindly ensure that your delivery address is correct and in full, including your mobile number to avoid delays or lost parcel during delivery. In the event of any lost parcel, strictly no refunds or re-delivery will be made.
- For Local orders, deliveries will be handled via the postage option you have selected either by SingPost or Courier Delivery.
Bounced Parcel
- Customer will be contacted via email if any bounced parcel(s) bearing their name is returned to us due to incomplete/incorrect address or any other issues stated.
- The re-delivery cost in full will be borne by the customer. NICE Cosmetics will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part.
- Bounced parcels will be kept up to 1 month and thereafter for unclaimed ones, will be deemed as NICE Cosmetics's property and disposed without prior notice. There will be no returns or compensation offered as sufficient response time has been given.
Incorrect Item Sent
- If you received an item different from what you have ordered, kindly take a clear snapshot of the item and email us at info@nicecosmetics.sg together with your order number within 7 working days from dispatch date. Please refrain from sending the item(s) back on your own accord.
- An email will be followed up on the return/exchange procedures and all local returns should be received by our returns department within an additional 7 working days from the date of the email sent, unless otherwise instructed.
- Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will strictly not be entertained.
- All returned items must be in their original condition; unused, unwashed, unworn and unaltered with the tag intact, packed in the original packaging. Items which do not fulfil the requirements will be rejected duly.
- Customers will be required to top up the delivery charges for mailing back of the parcel. All returns must be mailed back via SingPost Registered Mail. We will not be liable for the lost returns that are not mailed back via a traceable source. The return will not be valid if we do not receive your parcel.
- The reimbursement details of the delivery charges will be instructed in the email accordingly. The re-delivery cost back to the customer will be borne by NICE Cosmetics.
MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
- All campaigns or contests organised by us are applicable for Singapore customers only, unless otherwise stated.
- All discount codes are strictly not valid to combine with other discount codes, unless otherwise stated.
- Any discount codes accompanied with it are strictly valid for a certain period of time as stated on any engaged social media platforms. This includes NICE Cosmetics's social media platforms.
Promotional Code or Voucher
- If you have any discount code, kindly ensure to input the code prior to checking out for discount to be valid. Strictly no refunds will be made for orders whereby discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
- Promotional code(s) may or may not be accompanied with an expiry date. The details will be provided and informed accordingly on www.nicecosmetics.sg and NICE Cosmetics Mobile App not excluding all of our social media platforms.
- Promotional codes or vouchers are strictly non-extensible.
- Promotional codes or vouchers are not valid for exchangeable of cash or rebates unless otherwise stated.
NICE Cosmetics Beauty Pass
- Every SGD $25 purchase in-store and online entitles you to 1 stamp
- Card must be stamped or updated on Mobile App at point of purchase. For online purchase, stamps will be updated within 48 hours.
- Completion of every 10 stamps entitle you to redeem SGD $5 off your in-store or online purchase, excluding all fragrances, in-store beauty services, any on-going promos and/or use of any additional discount codes/vouchers.
- Completion of every 10 stamps is valid for SGD $5 redemption on purchase per customer in a single order
- Not valid for combination of different customers' names or accounts, splitting of in-store purchases/online orders to multiple receipts. Stamps are strictly non- transferrable.
- No expiry date on our Beauty Pass stamps
